We offer our partners a simple easy to use solution for traditional web based load tracking and document imaging on our web site. All movements and images are stored and retrieved using partner specific information. This means when you log into our web site you will be entering information that is of relevance in your world to locate the information you need. To see this in action check out this blog post.

In addition to the web resources found on your myPortal page we offer a selection of iGoogle gadgets designed to make obtaining information even faster. The iGoogle gadgets are small "windows" into your relationship with FirstFleet that are quickly avaliable anywhere you have access to google.com. The gadgets do not offer as much finctionality due to their size, but they are very efficient ways to track freight and obtain proof of delivery images.

The load tracking gadget is designed to give our business partners quick access into the status of their freight using their reference numbers along the route line as well as provide a dialog about the movement in question from one simple resource. The imaging gadget is designed much like the tracking gadget in that it provides quick and easy access to imaged documents. This tool is helpful for quickly tracking down proof of delivery documents or other documents that relate to your movements. For screen shots of this application please click here. 

Business partner access to all FirstFleet resources is controlled with a single username and password. We call this set of credentials a portal account. The credentials needed to access these tools are the same as those needed to login to this web resource. If you do not presently have an account simply contact us and we will provision an account for your use. Once you have a properly provisioned account there are simple instructions for setting up the Google gadgets.

• If you do not presently have an iGoogle account navigate to this link and follow the step to create your iGoogle account. You must have an iGoogle account before you can add any gadgets to your Google home page.
• Once you have an account you are ready to add the gadgets to your page. To add the gadgets to your page simply click the appropriate add to my google link above.
• Once the gadgets are loaded on your home page use the arrow drop down on the gadget to configure the necessary settings. For reference you may wish to review this screen shot of the load tracking settings.
• The use of both gadgets requires entering the business partner reference number as search criteria. This number varies with each customer but in many cases is a BOL or other unique identifier.
