New Employee Tool - Pay History

All FirstFleet, Inc. employees now have access to view pay history using the online tools found at www.firstfleetinc.com. To gain access to this tool you will need a login to the site. Creating a login can be done in a few short steps by using the auto registration process. A blog post on this process can be found here. Once you have your account created you are seconds away from getting access to your pay history.

  1. Navigate to www.firstfleetinc.com
  2. Click the "Login" link (click to view)
  3. Enter your credentials and click login (click to view)
  4. Click "myPortal" in the top menu bar and then "Employee Resources" (click to view)
  5. In the listing of resources click "Employee Pay History" (click to view)
  6. The report will show you a summary of the last 60 days of pay checks
    • Click on the check number to see the details of that check (click to view)
  7. A new window will open that contains all the details of the selected check (click to view)
  8. In the upper right portion of the page click "View Trip Detail" to see trip settlement (click to view)

We hope this tool adds efficiency to your interactions with FirstFleet, Inc. as an employer and we welcome any thoughts or questions you may have regarding this process.

@Steven – Thanks for reaching out.

The IRS guidelines require an employer to deliver W-2 documents to employees by January 31. Historically we have delivered them before the deadline, and we are diligently working to that end now, but to be safe plan on no later than January 31st.

@Gregory - I am not sure to be honest. To leave a comment you have to be logged in which tells me you have an account. Lets try this. Once you get logged in click on myPortal at the top of the page. Then navigate to Employee Resources and look for "Employee Pay History" - click that.

You should see your pay history on these screens. If the problem persists reach out to us using the contact us form at the top of the web page. You may also want to reach out to your Terminal Manager for assistance. Thanks for reaching out to us - let me know if you dont get what you need.

Thank you

@Jeffrey - As for the specifics of your inquiry I am not in a position to comment in a formal manner other than to say I will take your comments and pass them along to the proper resources inside FirstFleet and will seek to get you some feedback.

We value the feedback of our drivers and I thank you for reaching out to us.

@Phillip - not sure if your entire comment came through or not - because it looks like maybe it got cut off or something. Feel free to re-post with more detail and if there are any concerns we can address I will be sure to route them to the right resource inside FirstFleet. Thanks for your time.

I notice we have three options...60 days, 90 days, and 180 days on the pay history. Could we get a "year to date" option also? Need this for taxes, please.
