Open enrollment will end on 10/31/10 so you need to make sure you don't miss the opportunity to review your current selections and make any changes that will benefit you and your family in the coming year.  If you've already met with an enroller, then you're golden, but if not, you can still call the CALL CENTER at (866) 310-3992 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST until Friday 10/29/10.  You can also GO ONLINE and self-enroll at: https://harmonyenroll.coloniallife.com.  Once there you will be asked for a user name and a password. 

Your User Name is: FFI-your social security number (no dashes) (example: FFI-123456789)

Your Password is: First 4 characters of your last name followed by the last 4 digits of your social security number (example: SMIT6789).
