Brian Imhoff spends hours upon hours each week managing the fleet based in Ames, Iowa. He has worked in this role since September 2004. Brian is our featured Wellness Hero this week due to some recent changes he made in his lifestyle and nutrition after the Biometric testing at his location in 2014.
As Brian explains in the attached video, he was not satisfied with some of his results/markers from the test, and he realized it was time to make some changes. With his wife and three growing sons as his main motivation, Brian focused on some basic changes in exercise program and smarter choices in his nutrition. As you can see from the video, he has seen very positive results in a short span of time. Brian is a testament that once you make a choice to make a positive impact on your health, small changes can make a big impact on your health. His family was his main motivation, and they are now reaping the benefits of Brian's improved health. Thank you for sharing this with us Brian.
