Electronic Communication Update

FirstFleet now has the ability to offer associates the opportunity to receive Benefit information and Notices via electronic delivery. By giving consent to receive benefit information and notifications electronically, you will be “In the Know” on new information and announcements. You can now receive important information like open Enrollment Materials, Summary Plan Descriptions and annual 401k information weeks before they would be mailed out.

Starting today you will be provided with notification when you log into the portal at www.firstfleetinc.com that you need to opt in or out of this opportunity. The screenshot below represents the notice you should see when you next login. Please take a moment to review this process and consider your options.

Once you follow the link you will be taken to a page which requires an answer at the bottom of the page (you will need to scroll down). A screenshot of the selection choices is shown below.

If you elect to opt in for the opportunity you will receive an email to alert you of pending information which needs your review or acknowledgement along with a link to view the information in your secure inbox at www.firstfleetinc.com.  These emails will only be delivered when information is posted for your review.
