Open Enrollment Begins Soon!

We are excited to announce our annual Open Enrollment for Benefit elections is October 1-31.  You won’t want to miss this opportunity to make changes or review your core and voluntary benefit options for 2020.  Open enrollment is passive again this year.  This means that if you have current benefits you don’t have to re-enroll during Open Enrollment unless you are actually making changes to your current elections or opting out of coverage.  The only exception would be that you are required to elect a new flexible spending account every year due to IRS Regulations.   Don’t forget…Open Enrollment is the only time you can make changes to your current benefits unless you experience a Life Event.

Starting today you are able to visit www.firstfleetinc.com/openenrollment to begin reviewing your Benefit Highlights Guide for the next plan year.  Your Benefits Highlight guide details enhancements and changes coming to your 2020 FirstFleet benefits.  On October 1st you will be able to use this same link to complete your elections during the Open Enrollment period.  Check with your terminal manager to see if your location will be hosting Open Enrollment meetings where you can also sit with a Benefits Counselor to ask questions and assist you with Open Enrollment.  We encourage you to take the time to review all of the information in the days ahead and then make great choices.

Should you have any questions along the way we are glad to assist.  Please feel free to contact an HR Representative at AskHR@firstfleetinc.com or by calling (615) 890-9229.
