FirstFleet's open enrollment period is October 1 - 31. Open Enrollment is the yearly period of time when all full-time, benefit-eligible employees are given the opportunity to add, remove or change their benefit coverage options.

There are several ways to learn about your benefit options in order to make the best choices for you and your family.

How to Make Changes

There are several ways to participate in open enrollment and make changes to your benefits.

• At any time during the month of October, you can make changes online.
• During October, you can meet with a benefits counselor in your terminal.
