March 23-27 is "National Work Zone Safety Awareness Week". New Construction projects will begin and pothole patching will be going on 24 hours a day.
- Slow down; look for pedestrians and equipment
- Be patient; be patient!
- Obey signs and flag crew workers
- Merge carefully and slowly
- Minimize distractions; give full attention to what's going on around you!
Give the workers a "brake" for safety's sake!
