After only two days of offering our 2015 Federal Tax Forms online, we have had resounding success, with over 25% of active employees pulling these forms off the FirstFleet website!!!  That is fantastic!!

There have been some questions that have been asked that we can answer for you.

How long will these forms be accessible online & will you mail them?
These forms will be available on your User ID at any time for you to pull.  If you have not pulled your form off the website by 1/31/2016, FirstFleet will mail the W-2 and 1095-C to your home address we presently have on file.

I cannot see the tax forms - what's up?
By following the instructions on this link all current FirstFleet employees with an active portal account have quick and easy access to the W-2 and 1095 documents. Once you launch the page you will want to be sure to scroll down a bit as there is a required consent step that must be taken before the forms will display. There is a basic requirement that your computer have some way to view PDF documents, and if necessary you will be provided with links to install a free PDF viewer.

IRS 1095-C Questions
Part III on the 1095-C tax form is only REQUIRED for companies that offer a self-insured health plan to its employees.  FirstFleet offers a full-insured plan to all eligible employees, and this part of the 1095-C is not required.

Additional information on the new 1095-C form can be located here at the IRS website.

As always, we are available for questions and support, please contact us for any questions.

Thank you for your time.
