We are offering every employee that works at FirstFleet the opportunity to get a Flu Shot free of charge. Associates do NOT Have to have FirstFleet’s Medical Insurance to participate. The Flu Shot Voucher can be used at CVS, Walgreens and Wal-Mart pharmacies. A Flu Shot voucher can be extended to Spouses and Dependent Children age 9 and older. There has never been a more important year to consider a flu shot than this year. The CDC predicts that hospital systems will be overburdened this fall/winter with both COVID-19 as well as the Influenza virus. Every person that does not get the FLU is one less person in the Dr. office or hospital with a respiratory illness.
Please see your Terminal Manager for a Flu Shot voucher for the pharmacy of your choice. Your name or the name of your dependent will be listed on the voucher.
