Today is the day where we get to honor all of the living veterans who have fought for our country and to preserve our freedoms. Today is the day to honor those around us who took time out from civilian pursuits to embrace a higher calling. It’s the day that I honor my cousin, uncle, grandad and others for their service. It’s a day to say thank you to all those that learned to sleep with their boots on. And it’s a day to honor all those that came home as very different people than when they left.
We at FirstFleet would like to say thank you to the 18 million veterans in the US. And we would also like to honor all of the FirstFleet employees that served in our armed forces.
