Open Enrollment is coming to an end!

We hope by now you have had the opportunity to visit our online information and enrollment page during this year’s Open Enrollment.  Open Enrollment is almost coming to an end.  October 31st will be your last opportunity to make changes to your current benefits and dependents unless you have a Life Event.  If you don’t need to make any changes to your current benefits, there is nothing for you to do.   Your benefits will simply rollover, uninterrupted into the new year.  The only exception is to your Flexible Spending Account.   If you want a Flexible Spending account again in 2022 you will need to use one of the 3 enrollment options below to make that election.


Enrollment is Easy!  As noted, there are 3 different ways to participate in benefit enrollment again this year.

1.    Go to www.firstfleetinc.com/openenrollment to access your self-service portal and follow the steps to enroll.  

2.    Meet with a Benefit Specialist and feel free to invite your spouse.  See your Terminal Manager to see if appointments are available in your terminal. 

3.    For questions call 1-866-824-2534, any time during the Open Enrollment period from 8am to 8pm EST.  A Colonial Life Representative will be available to answer questions and review your plan information. 


Also, don’t forget!  If you added new dependents during this year’s Open Enrollment look for an Email from www.AuditOS.com, our Dependent Verification partner, containing instructions on how you can verify any new dependents you may have added to your benefits.  You will only have 30 days to verify your dependents to ensure that they are on your 2022 elections.
