Don’t Wait! Tomorrow will be your last opportunity to make changes to your current benefits and dependents for 2024, unless you have a Life Event. If you don’t need to make any changes to your benefits, you don’t have to do anything. Your benefits will simply rollover, uninterrupted into the new year. The only exception is to your Flexible Spending Account.
Enrollment is Easy!
1. Go to firstfleetbenefits.com to access your self-service portal and follow the steps to enroll.
2. For questions call 1-800-908-1796 by this Friday from 8am to 4pm CST. A Benefit Specialist will be available to answer questions, review plan information and assist you with changes.
Also, don’t forget! If you add new dependents during this year’s Open Enrollment look for communication from Alight, our Dependent Verification partner, that will be arriving to your home mailbox containing instructions on how you can verify any new dependents you may have added to your benefits during both this year and last year’s open enrollment period.
