We hope by now you have had the opportunity to visit our online benefit information and enrollment page during our Open Enrollment period. Don’t forget you will only have until October 31st to make changes to your current benefits and dependent information unless you have a qualifying Life Event. You don’t have to do anything if you want to keep all of your benefit elections the same in 2026. They will simply rollover, uninterrupted into the new year. The only exception is to your Flexible Spending Account. This must be elected every year during open enrollment!

- Go to firstfleetbenefits.com to access your benefits and make enrollment changes.
- Meet with a Benefit Specialist by calling (800) 908-1796 any time during the Open Enrollment period from 9am to 5pm CST. A certified benefit specialist will be available to answer questions and review your plan information. Invite your Spouse!
Also, don’t forget! If you add new dependents during this year’s Open Enrollment look for communication from Alight, our Dependent Verification partner, that will be arriving to your home mailbox containing instructions on how you can verify any new dependents you may have added during this open enrollment period.
