Open Enrollment ends Friday 10/31. If you need to make changes to your current benefit elections, to your dependents elections or simply add a Flexible Spending Account for 2026, please don’t delay. If you don’t need to make any changes to your benefits, you don’t have to do anything. Your benefits will simply rollover, uninterrupted into the new year. The only exception is to your Flexible Spending Account. This must be elected every year during Open Enrollment.
Enrollment is Easy!
- Go to firstfleetbenefits.com to access your self-service portal and follow the steps to enroll.
- For questions call 1-800-908-1796 by this Friday from 9am to 5pm CST. A Benefit Specialist will be available to answer questions, review plan information and assist you with changes.
Also, don’t forget! If you add new dependents during this year’s Open Enrollment look for communication from Alight, our Dependent Verification partner, that will be arriving to your home mailbox containing instructions on how you can verify any new dependents you may have added to your benefits during both this year and last year’s open enrollment period.
