Your Open Enrollment is October 1 - 31, 2011
Enrollment Option 1 – On-Site Benefits Enrollment:
October 1-31, See your manager for specific dates and times
Enrollment Option 2 – Online Benefits Enrollment:
- Your login ID is FFI- plus your Social Security Number (example: FFI-123456789)
- Your password is the first four characters of your last name followed by the last four digits of your Social Security Number (example: smit6789)
Enrollment Option 3 – Telephonic Enrollment:
Call 1.866.294.4050 October 3-31, Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm EST
