Open Enrollment is in Motion!  We encourage you to visit our online information and enrollment page between now and October 31, 2022, by clicking on the Open Enrollment link below.  You will find our Announcement Letter and New Benefits Highlight Guide for 2023 that contain important information and changes for 2023.   

Enrollment is Easy! 

 1.    Go to www.firstfleetinc.com/openenrollment to access your Workday self-service portal and follow the steps to enroll. 

 2.    Meet with a Benefit Specialist and feel free to invite your spouse to participate.  See your Terminal Manager for a local schedule.

 3.    For questions call 1-833-703-1967, Monday – Friday during the Open Enrollment period from 8am to 8pm EST.  A Colonial Life Representative will be available to answer questions.  Please use Employer Code 3098209 when calling.

If you do not make any changes to your coverage your current benefits will simply rollover, uninterrupted into 2023.  The only exception would be if you have a Flexible Spending Account.  If you want a Flexible Spending Account again, you will have to elect a new amount for 2023 due to IRS regulations.   Whatever you decide we encourage you to take the time to review all of the information in the days ahead and then make great choices.
