With the beginning of the new year, we know many of you will be anxiously awaiting your 2013 W-2 in order to begin your tax filing process.

We want to assure you that, as soon as the last 2013 payroll was processed, the payroll department began diligently working through the process to get W-2s prepared to meet the federally-mandated January 31st deadline. Our goal is to get all W-2s prepared in an accurate and timely manner and to have your W-2 mailed out to your home address as soon as administratively possible.

Per IRS Publication 15 on bonus payments, any type of bonus payment, which would of course include safety bonus checks, must either be taxed a flat 25% or, alternatively, must be incl...

Effective October 1st, FirstFleet will be transferring our corporate banking relationship from SunTrust Bank over to Wells Fargo Bank. The only change that you may or may not notice is that your pay will originate from a Wells Fargo account rather than SunTrust. We have taken great care to ensure that this change will not affect the routing of your direct deposit to your bank in any way, but we also wanted you to be informed of the change before it happened. If you have any questions or concerns about this change, please contact the Payroll department in the Co...
