The federal CSA program continues to be enforced in all states at increasing levels. While we are proud as an organization of our standings in this program there are always opportunities to refine and improve in the interest of safety. A while back we released a tool designed to allow employees to view pay history including viewing their settlement data by trip. It was recently brought to my attention that in some instances drivers reported that when clicking on the "View Trip Detail" they were taken to a blank white page. This year FirstFleet will celebrate 25 years in business. Founded in 1986 with two trucks we have grown into 1440 power units and 1850 employees around the country. We are as an organization proud of this accomplishment and are planning celebrations to commemorate. With the help of "Bruce" through a comment on this post we have modified the Pay History tool to provide a way for employees to see pay information from the previous year. To use this navigate to myPortal - Employee Resources - Employee Pay History. There is a parameter for the report which reads "Days Back" - select the option from this list and click update.
