We hope by now you have had the opportunity to visit our online information and enrollment page for Open Enrollment 2020.  Open Enrollment is almost coming to an end. October 31st will be your last opportunity to make changes to your current benefits and dependents unless you have a Life Event.  We would also like to remind you that Open Enrollment is passive.  You don’t have to do anything if you want to keep all of your benefit elections the same for 2020.  They will simply rollover, uninterrupted into the new year.  The only exception is to your Flexible Spending Account.   If you want a Flexible Spending account again in 2020 you will need to use one of the 3 enrollment options below to make that election...

Last year we asked for your help building our holiday greeting card, and you rallied to the challenge with photos from around the country. We would love to do the same thing this year!

There are three ways to participate in this contest - just pick the one that works best for you...

At FirstFleet, we take the health and wellness of our associates and families very serious.

One reason the company offers the Wellness program is to increase awareness of our health with screenings and coaching for our insurance participants.  These options are open all year long for participation.  However the biometric screening is to be completed by

July 4 is for most people a day of fun, family and fireworks. This is also a day where we celebrate the birth of our nation and the day that all our states were united into one country.  Their goal was to “form a more perfect union” that celebrated the values of peace, justice and liberty.  Throughout our nations’s 243 year history we have taken this day to celebrate our founding.  Our troops fought for

Don’t miss your opportunity to avoid ADDITIONAL increases in your 2020 health insurance premiums.  In order to avoid these additional premium costs EVERY COVERED EMPLOYEE under our health insurance plan must complete a Biometric Screening by July 31, 2019.

To complete the Biometric Screening, a basic annual well visit (physical) must also be completed by the employee’s medical provider or a local clinic. Covered providers can be located by calling the Member Services phone number on the back of your insurance card (1-800-565-9140).  Biometric Screenings may also be done at many of the clinics that perform DOT physicals for FirstFleet drivers.

Here at FirstFleet, we are thankful to all of the men and women who have fought for the honor of our nation. This Memorial Day, let us stop and remember those soldiers who died fighting for both our nation and the rights and freedoms that we hold dear.

Memorial Day is a special day to honor those that never made it home. The brave men and women who have died fighting for our country and the freedoms we enjoy are deserving of special honor because they paid the ultimate sacrifice in securing them. But great sacrifice also costs everything to those who love them best.  And so let us also remember all the loved ones that our soldiers fought and died for on this Memorial Day.

Join us in taking a minute to pause and remember our soldiers this

The 2018 Form 1095-C tax forms are now available for you to pull immediately by following the same steps used to retrieve your W-2 documents. If you have not pulled your form by February 20th, FirstFleet will mail the form to you.

The Form 1095-C contains important information about the healthcare coverage offered or provided to you by your employer. Information from the form may be referenced when filing your tax return and/or to help determine your eligibility for a premium tax credit. Think of the form as your “proof of insurance” for the IRS.

As 2018 has now come to a close, we know many of you are anxiously awaiting your 2018 W-2 in order to begin your tax filing process.

Current and previous employees are NOW able to access their W-2 on-line through the FirstFleet portal. This process is very simple and similar to the process everyone uses to access their weekly pay information today. Those who do not download the tax forms online will have forms mailed by 1/31/2019. We hope you find this method of retrieval helpful in your tax filing process.

Today is Thanksgiving! If I were to stop you and ask you what are you thankful for what would you say? As I have thought about this day I realize that there is much to be thankful for. We are blessed beyond words to live in a nation that honors our rights and freedoms. We daily experience a level of freedom that huge parts of our world have never known. I am thankful for these freedoms, and thankful for those who have made it secure for us.

I am thankful for my family and the time that I have with them. I am thankful that today I am healthy - something we cannot take for granted. I am thankful for my job - it provides for my family, and it is a place I love to call home. Each day I get to work with some of the hardest working and most passionate people I've ever met. Thank you for that opportunity and privilege.

It might get a little crowded around the Thanksgiving table for many this year but there is going to be another crowded location that will require our undivided attention! Traffic volume for the upcoming holiday weekend is expected to be the highest in 13 years with 54.3 million Americans planning to travel. That’s 2.5 million more than a year ago according to AAA’s holiday forecast.
