Tuesday, January 31, 2017 Mark McKnight The 2016 Form 1095-C tax forms are now available for you to pull immediately by following the same steps used to retrieve your W-2 documents. These forms will be available for you to pull online through February 25th. At that time, if you have not consented to pull this form online, FirstFleet will mail the form to you. The Form 1095-C contains important information about the healthcare coverage offered or provided to you by your employer. Information from the form may be referenced when filing your tax return and/or to help determine your eligibility for a premium tax credit. Think of the form as your “proof of insurance” for the IRS.
