We hope by now you have had the opportunity to visit our online information and enrollment page for Open Enrollment 2021. Don’t forget you will only have until October 31st to make changes to your current benefits and dependents unless you have a qualifying Life Event. You don’t have to do anything if you want to keep all of your benefit elections the same for 2020. They will simply rollover, uninterrupted into the new year. The only exception is to your Flexible Spending Account. If you want a Flexible Spending account again in 2021 you will need to use one of the 3 enrollment options below to make that election.
Enrollment is Easy! As noted, there are 3 different ways to participate in benefit enrollment again this year.
1. Go to www.firstfleetinc.com/openenrollment to access your self-service portal and follow the steps to enroll.
2. Call 1-866-824-2534, any time during the Open Enrollment period from 8am to 8pm EST. A Colonial Life Representative will be available to answer questions, review plans and assist with enrollment completion.
3. New! Meet with a Benefit Specialist Virtually during On-Site meetings scheduled in every state. See your Terminal Manager for a local schedule or Scan the QR code to reserve your appointment.
Also, don’t forget! If you add new dependents during this year’s Open Enrollment look for an Email from www.AuditOS.com, our Dependent Verification partner, containing instructions on how you can verify any new dependents you may have added to your benefits.
