Don’t Miss Open Enrollment! We hope by now you have had the opportunity to visit our online information and enrollment page.   Don’t forget, October 31^st will be your last opportunity to make changes to your current benefits for you and your dependents unless you have a Life Event.  If you don’t need to make any changes to your current benefits, there is nothing for you to do.   Your benefits will simply rollover, uninterrupted into the new year.  The only exception is to your Flexible Spending Account.   If you want a Flexible Spending account again in 2024 you will need to make that election.

Enrollment is Easy!  

1.    Go to www.firstfleetbenefits.com to access your self-service portal and follow the steps to enroll.  

2.    Meet with a Benefit Specialist who can assist with enrollment and feel free to invite your spouse.  Simply call (800) 908-1796 any time during the Open Enrollment period from 8am to 4pm CST. 

Also, don’t forget!  If you add new dependents during this year’s Open Enrollment look for communication from Alight, our Dependent Verification partner, that will be arriving to your home mailbox containing instructions on how you can verify any new dependents you may have added.
