The 2020 Wellness Plan is underway!!  Our team is excited to see what the new year has to offer all FirstFleet participants and families this year to complete the one wellness requirement for the year.  In order to avoid additional premium costs EVERY COVERED EMPLOYEE under our health insurance plan must complete a Biometric Screening by July 31, 2020.

For 2020, the Physician Form that you will use for your Biometric Screening must be downloaded/printed directly from your account in BlueAccess.com by clicking on the Access BCBST link on your portal page.  Instructions can be found here.  You can also call 1-800- 451-6889 to have the form emailed to you or mailed to your home address.  Once the form is completed by the physician, make sure it is FAXED DIRECTLY TO THE LAB at 412-432-5714 and keep the original for your records. Please do not fax your form to FirstFleet.

Covered providers can be located by calling the Member Services phone number on the back of your insurance card (1-800-565-9140).  Biometric Screenings may also be done at many of the clinics that perform DOT physicals for FirstFleet drivers.   

As a note, all newly-hired employees hired AFTER MAY 31, 2020 will be grandfathered into the wellness qualifications for next year.  These participants are not required to take the Biometric Screening in 2020.
