As part of the newly created Driver Retention department, FirstFleet has partnered with WorkHound to open the communication between FirstFleet drivers and the office staff.  WorkHound is a company that lets employees communicate anonymously with their employer. This form of communication allows honest, candid interactions and gives us valuable feedback to make improvements.

Be prepared for an increase in DOT Inspections and traffic stops this week! Please be aware that officers are paying close attention to wheel ends during this Road Check enforcement blitz. Wheel Ends includes brakes, wheels, tires, lug nuts, and oil leaks.  Road Check officially lasts until May 19th but may continue after that date!   Please watch this video of FirstFleet President, Daniel Piper as he discusses safety and some situations to watch out for.
