  Don't short-cut your safety!  Your body needs 7-8 hours daily to keep you from being sleep deprived, don't settle for 5 or 6 hours. If you have felt your head drop down for a second, you just fell asleep, heed the warning signs before you get to this point, yawning, daydreaming, sore eyes are just a few, stop and refresh, fatigue is not a good guy companion to have with you driving!
