A while back we released a tool designed to allow employees to view pay history including viewing their settlement data by trip. It was recently brought to my attention that in some instances drivers reported that when clicking on the "View Trip Detail" they were taken to a blank white page. This year FirstFleet will celebrate 25 years in business. Founded in 1986 with two trucks we have grown into 1440 power units and 1850 employees around the country. We are as an organization proud of this accomplishment and are planning celebrations to commemorate. With the help of "Bruce" through a comment on this post we have modified the Pay History tool to provide a way for employees to see pay information from the previous year. To use this navigate to myPortal - Employee Resources - Employee Pay History. There is a parameter for the report which reads "Days Back" - select the option from this list and click update. The Truckload Carriers Association has named one of our very own as it’s most recent Highway Angel! William Whitehead out of our Cleveland, TN terminal recently witnessed a passenger vehicle collide with a deer, lose control and come to a stop in the median where it caught on fire. All drivers need Space and Visibility to avoid hazards while driving. 8-12 seconds of eye lead time is recommended at all times. If visibility is reduced because of fog, rain, snow, or sleet, make the adjustment and slow down! Chances are good that if you don’t see an obstacle soon enough – you will hit it!
