Don’t Wait! This Monday, October 31
st will be your last opportunity to make changes to your current benefits and dependents unless you have a Life Event. If you don’t need to make any changes to your 2023 benefits, you don’t have to do anything. Your benefits will simply rollover, uninterrupted into the new year. The only exception is to your Flexible Spending Account. If you still need to make benefit elections for 2022 you will need to use one of the enrollment options below before October 31

Don’t forget you will only have until October 31
st to make changes to your current benefits and dependents unless you have a qualifying Life Event. You don’t have to do anything if you want to keep all your benefit elections the same for 2023. They will simply rollover, uninterrupted into the new year. The only exception is to your Flexible Spending Account. If you want a Flexible Spending account again in 2023 you will need to use one of the 3 enrollment options below to make that election.

Get Ready! Open Enrollment for Benefit elections is quickly approaching this October 1

st. You won’t want to miss this opportunity to make changes or review your core and voluntary benefit options for 2023. Once again, Open enrollment is passive. This means that if you currently have benefits you don’t have to re-enroll during Open Enrollment unless you are actually making changes to your current elections or opting out of coverage.
The only exception would be that you are required to elect a new flexible spending account every year due to IRS Regulations. Don’t forget…Open Enrollment is the only time you can make changes to your current benefits unless you experience a Life Event.

October 31st will be your last opportunity to make changes to your current benefits and dependents unless you have a Life Event. Today is the first day of Open Enrolment. Please visit our online information and enrollment page by clicking on the Open Enrollment link below where you will see our Announcement Letter and New Benefits Highlight Guide for 2022. These communications detail important information and changes for 2022.
Enrollment is Easy!
- Go to www.firstfleetinc.com/openenrollment to access your self-service portal and follow the steps to enroll.
- Meet with a Benefit Specialist and feel free to invite your spouse to participate. See your Terminal Manager for a local schedule.
- For questions call 1-866-824-2534, Monday – Friday during the Open Enrollment period from 8am to 8pm EST. A Colonial Life Representative will be available to answer questions.
